Like most other people, I find dealing with insurance a bit of a chore and don't want to invest much time or effort into it. However when I do have something go wrong, I want to know that it's taken care of. I also don't want to pay too much for it. I don't feel you get that with any of the big carriers that I found online....very impersonal and I am just a number. However with Brian my experience was totally different. He works with you to figure out exactly what you needs and then makes sure you are comfortable with it. He also makes sure you understand what you are paying for, big plus. My needs, like most people, have some unique things, that apply to only me. Brian made sure that everything was addressed and is covered.
