Digital Proof of Auto Insurance is Coming to Minnesota! Starting July 1, 2015, drivers in Minnesota will be able to show their proof of insurance from their cell phone or computer to an officer. The bill past both the House and Senate this week allowing digital proof of their insurance. Similar laws already exist on 37 other states.
